Terms of Service

1. Overview

Prospira Tweaks is a global PC optimization service with no regional restrictions. Our website serves as the primary platform for placing orders and processing payments. We offer two distinct product categories: Prospira PC Optimization (manual service) and the Prospira Tweaking Utility (software). All services and software are designed exclusively for Windows 11.

2. Prospira PC Optimization

Prospira PC Optimization is our hands-on, system-specific service performed remotely on the client's PC. It includes a full system format and clean installation of Windows 11 before any optimizations are applied. A system restore point is created after the clean install, allowing the client to revert to a fresh Windows state if needed. Three packages are available - the higher the price, the more extensive the work performed. The following is a full list of features available across all packages combined, with higher-priced packages unlocking additional capabilities:

• Tuned and debloated GPU drivers
• Full graphics optimization
• Full monitor optimization
• Network optimization
• Full BIOS and hidden BIOS configuration
• Hardware advice and recommendations
• Exclusive Discord role and priority support
• Prospira Toolbox (installed on client's PC)
• CPU, RAM, and GPU overclocking (most expensive package only)

Requirements before service:

• A PC or laptop
• A stable internet connection
• All important files must be backed up prior to service - Prospira Tweaks is not responsible for any data loss

The service typically takes between 1 and 3 hours, depending on the selected package and the client's system specifications.

Free support period after service completion:

• Most affordable package - 3 days of free support
• Mid-range package - 7 days of free support
• Most expensive package - 14 days of free support

Once the free support period has expired, further assistance is subject to a checkup fee - see Section 4 for details. Not all features are included in every package. Please refer to the package details on our website for a full breakdown of what each tier covers.

3. Prospira Tweaking Utility

The Prospira Tweaking Utility is a standalone software product available to all users, independent of Prospira PC Optimization. It is offered in three tiers. The application includes a built-in option to create a system restore point before applying changes, allowing the client to revert if needed.

Entry (Free - no time limit):

• General tweaks
• Smart debloating tool
• Full system restore
• Hardware monitoring
• Useful resources

Compete (paid subscription), includes everything in Entry, plus:

• Network tuner
• RAM optimizer
• Custom NVIDIA profile
• Game mode profiles
• Startup optimizer
• Auto debloat tool

Champion (paid subscription), includes everything in Compete, plus:

• BIOS optimization
• Advanced tweaks
• Prospira Power Plan
• Configure scheduled tasks
• App optimizer
• Early access updates
• Custom profile creator
• Performance analytics dashboard
• Priority support via Discord DM or email
• 1:1 performance consultation (one-time, conducted via Discord call)
• Exclusive Discord role

Compete and Champion subscriptions are available on the following plans: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.

Note: Prospira Toolbox is installed exclusively on the PC of clients who have purchased Prospira PC Optimization. It is not included with any Prospira Tweaking Utility subscription.

4. Support Policy

Support terms differ depending on the product purchased. For Prospira PC Optimization, refer to the free support periods outlined in Section 2. For the Prospira Tweaking Utility, support is available to all subscribers - Entry and Compete subscribers receive standard support, while Champion subscribers receive priority support with faster response times.

Support may be voided under the following circumstances:

• The client performs a factory reset or reinstalls Windows themselves after service completion, without first consulting Prospira Tweaks
• BIOS settings, drivers, or system configurations are altered outside of Prospira Tweaks' recommendations after service
• Third-party tweaks or conflicting modifications are applied to the system after service

If support has been voided, or if a full system re-evaluation is requested after the free support period has ended - for both Prospira PC Optimization and Prospira Tweaking Utility clients - a checkup fee starting from $10 will apply. The final price is determined based on the scope and complexity of the issue.

5. Orders & Payments

All orders are placed and paid for through the Prospira Tweaks website.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Card
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Cryptocurrency - available upon prior contact with our team
• BLIK - available upon prior contact with our team

To pay via cryptocurrency or BLIK, please contact us first via the website contact form, Discord DM, or email before placing your order.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases made through Prospira Tweaks are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

7. Benchmarking & Results

• Results vary depending on individual hardware configurations, software environments, and usage patterns - this applies to both Prospira PC Optimization and the Prospira Tweaking Utility
• While significant performance and stability improvements are typical, specific FPS gains or quantitative results are not guaranteed for either product

8. Client Responsibilities

By purchasing any service or product from Prospira Tweaks, the client agrees to:

• Follow all instructions provided upon completion of service
• Contact Prospira Tweaks directly for any issues before performing resets, reinstalls, or third-party changes

9. Liability

Prospira Tweaks is not responsible for system instability caused by hardware limitations, third-party modifications, or unsupported changes made after service. By purchasing, the client acknowledges that optimizations are tailored specifically to their system and that results may vary.

10. Communication & Support Channels

Prospira Tweaks offers the following official support channels:

• Website Contact Form - available at prospiratweaks.com/contact. Fill in a subject and message and a support ticket will be automatically opened on our Discord server. Our team will respond there as quickly as possible.
• Discord - public server for resources and announcements, plus direct DM support
• Email - contact@prospiratweaks.com
• Prospira Toolbox (Ticket System) - installed exclusively for Prospira PC Optimization clients

Support is only guaranteed through these official channels. Prospira Tweaks is not responsible for assistance provided through unofficial platforms.
