3. Payments

All payments are processed exclusively through PayPal. We do not collect or store credit-card numbers or banking information. PayPal’s terms and privacy policy govern your payment transaction.

4. Refund Policy

Because our work involves custom and time-sensitive services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If you believe an error occurred or you are dissatisfied, please contact us promptly to discuss a possible resolution.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information necessary to perform the optimization.
• Ensure that you have backups of important files.
• Maintain appropriate security for your own systems and accounts.

6. Disclaimers

Our tweaks are performed with care and according to industry best practices. However:

• We cannot guarantee specific performance improvements.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or downtime, resulting from changes made during the optimization process.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, graphics) is owned by Prospira Tweaks and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Poland and the European Union, unless local consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
