1. Overview
Prospira Tweaks is a global PC optimization service with no regional restrictions. Our website serves as the primary platform for placing orders and processing payments. We offer the following product and service categories: Prospira PC Optimization (manual optimization service), Prospira PC Overclocking (manual overclocking service), Prospira PC Maintenance (manual maintenance service), and the Prospira Tweaking Utility (software). All services and software are designed exclusively for Windows 11. Prospira PC Overclocking and Prospira PC Maintenance are currently in development and will be available soon.
2. Prospira PC Optimization
Prospira PC Optimization is our hands-on, system-specific service performed remotely on the client's PC. It includes a full system format and clean installation of Windows 11 before any optimizations are applied. A system restore point is created after the clean install, allowing the client to revert to a fresh Windows state if needed. Three packages are available - Compete, Titan, and Elite. The higher the price, the more extensive the work performed. Please refer to the package details on our website for a full breakdown of what each tier covers.
Requirements before service:
- A PC or laptop
- A stable internet connection
- All important files must be backed up prior to service - Prospira Tweaks is not responsible for any data loss
The service typically takes between 1 and 4 hours, depending on the selected package and the client's system specifications.
Each package includes a free support period after service completion:
- Compete (most affordable package, PC and laptop) - 3 days of free support
- Titan (mid-range package, PC only) - 7 days of free support
- Elite (most expensive package, PC only) - 14 days of free support
Once the free support period has expired, further assistance is subject to a checkup fee - see Section 6 for details.

3. Prospira Tweaking Utility
The Prospira Tweaking Utility is a standalone software product available to all users, independent of Prospira PC Optimization. It is offered in three tiers. The application includes a built-in option to create a system restore point before applying changes, allowing the client to revert if needed.

Compete and Champion subscriptions are available on the following plans: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
Note: Prospira Toolbox is installed exclusively on the PC of clients who have purchased Prospira PC Optimization. It is not included with any Prospira Tweaking Utility subscription.
4. Prospira PC Overclocking
Prospira PC Overclocking is a standalone remote service focused on pushing the client's hardware beyond stock performance through safe clock and voltage tuning. All overclocking services are performed remotely on the client's PC and are currently in development - they will become available once released. The following packages are planned:

- Gaming stability benchmark pass

RAM Overclock ($59 - PC only)
- XMP/EXPO profile tuning
- Timing and voltage adjustment
- Memory error and stress validation
- Free 1 week of support after service completion

5. Prospira PC Maintenance
Prospira PC Maintenance is a standalone remote service covering a range of system setup and health-check tasks. All maintenance services are performed remotely on the client's PC or laptop and are currently in development - they will become available once released. The following services are planned:

- Drive split and filesystem setup
- Boot priority and recovery checks
- Free 3 days of support after service completion
PC Check-Up ($29 - PC and laptop)
- Hardware and temperature validation
- Background process and startup audit

PC Formatting ($39 - PC and laptop)
- Data-safe reinstall workflow
- Essential drivers and runtime setup
- Post-format performance tuning
- Free 3 days of support after service completion

6. Support Policy
Support terms differ depending on the product purchased. For Prospira PC Optimization, refer to the free support periods outlined in Section 2. For Prospira PC Overclocking and Prospira PC Maintenance, refer to the free support periods outlined in Sections 4 and 5 respectively. For the Prospira Tweaking Utility, support is available to all subscribers - Entry subscribers receive standard support, while Compete and Champion subscribers receive priority support with faster response times.
Support may be voided under the following circumstances:
- The client performs a factory reset or reinstalls Windows themselves after service completion, without first consulting Prospira Tweaks
- BIOS settings, drivers, or system configurations are altered outside of Prospira Tweaks' recommendations after service
- Third-party tweaks or conflicting modifications are applied to the system after service
If support has been voided, or if a full system re-evaluation is requested after the free support period has ended - for Prospira PC Optimization, Prospira PC Overclocking, Prospira PC Maintenance, and Prospira Tweaking Utility clients - a checkup fee starting from $10 will apply. The final price is determined based on the scope and complexity of the issue.
7. Orders & Payments
All orders are placed and paid for through the Prospira Tweaks website. The following payment methods are accepted:

8. Refund Policy
All purchases made through Prospira Tweaks are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
9. Benchmarking & Results
- Results vary depending on individual hardware configurations, software environments, and usage patterns - this applies to Prospira PC Optimization, Prospira PC Overclocking, Prospira PC Maintenance, and the Prospira Tweaking Utility
- While significant performance and stability improvements are typical, specific FPS gains or quantitative results are not guaranteed for any service or product
10. Client Responsibilities
By purchasing any service or product from Prospira Tweaks, the client agrees to:
- Follow all instructions provided upon completion of service
- Contact Prospira Tweaks directly for any issues before performing resets, reinstalls, or third-party changes
11. Liability
Prospira Tweaks is not responsible for system instability caused by hardware limitations, third-party modifications, or unsupported changes made after service. By purchasing, the client acknowledges that optimizations are tailored specifically to their system and that results may vary.
12. Communication & Support Channels
Prospira Tweaks offers the following official support channels:
- Website Contact Form - available at prospiratweaks.com/contact. Fill in a subject and message and a support ticket will be automatically opened on our Discord server. Our team will respond there as quickly as possible.
- Discord - public server for resources and announcements, plus direct DM support

- Prospira Toolbox (Ticket System) - installed exclusively for Prospira PC Optimization clients
