The access you hand over
What we won’t do.
The session runs over TeamViewer, your screen in front of you. We do not start until you tell us your files are backed up.
- Install anything beyond the Toolbox we agreed on
- Make a change to Windows that cannot be undone
- Open your files, photos or browser profile
- Touch saved passwords or a password manager
- Ask for card details or an account password
- Sign in to your accounts, even if you offer
- Keep a copy of anything off your drive
- Work on a machine you are not sitting at
The deal
What we promise, and what we don’t.
Cancel free right up until we start. After that, these two things hold.
We don’t
A finished session is not refunded
You pay for one person’s hours, gone when the session ends. You agree at checkout; until then the 14-day withdrawal applies. The Terms are binding.
We do
We keep working instead
Reopen your ticket on any day of your follow-up window and we come back and fix anything our work caused, as many times as it takes.
