The day itself

Will this get my account banned?

Nothing we install hooks into a game process or injects code. RustDesk is a remote desktop, the same category of tool as any screen share. Windows is installed from Microsoft's own installer. Tell us the games you play when you book and we will flag anything in your package that we would not run on them.

What happens to my files?

The session starts by erasing the drive Windows lives on. Programs, game installs, files on the desktop, browser profiles and any password saved only in a browser are gone. Other drives in the PC are left alone, and we do not start the format until you tell us your files are safe.

Back these up before your session:

  • Documents, photos and video
  • Bookmarks and saved passwords, or turn on sync
  • Game saves that are not cloud saves
  • Your authenticator app. Move it first or you lock yourself out of your own accounts
Do I have to sit at the PC the whole time?

Mostly yes. The PC restarts several times and we need you to reconnect us after some of them, and to get into the BIOS. There are stretches during installs where you can walk away, and we will tell you when they start.

How soon after I pay?

We usually get you a slot within one to two days. The session itself takes one to three hours depending on your package and your hardware.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel any time before your session starts and you pay nothing. Once we begin, your drive is formatted and the session is spent, so it is not refunded. Instead we keep working: for the length of your follow-up window you open a ticket and we reconnect and fix anything that came out of our work, as many times as it takes.

What do I need ready?

A Windows 11 PC you are the administrator of, a stable internet connection, free space on the drive, and your files backed up somewhere else. You do not install or format anything yourself.

Do I keep the Toolbox afterwards?

Yes. It is installed as part of every package and it stays on your PC. There is nothing extra to pay and it keeps getting updates.
