The day itself
Will this get my account banned?
Nothing we install hooks into a game process or injects code. TeamViewer is a remote desktop, like any screen share. Windows comes from Microsoft's own installer. Nothing we do trips VAC, Vanguard, Ricochet, FACEIT or ESEA. Tell us your games when you book and we go through your package against the anti-cheats they run.
What happens to my files?
We start by erasing the drive Windows lives on. Programs, games, desktop files, browser profiles and passwords saved only in a browser are gone. Other drives are left alone. We do not format until you say your files are safe.
Back these up before your session:
- Documents, photos and video
- Bookmarks and saved passwords, or turn on sync
- Game saves that are not cloud saves
- Your authenticator app. Move it first or you lock yourself out of your own accounts
Do I have to sit at the PC the whole time?
Mostly yes. The PC restarts several times. After some of them you reconnect us and get into the BIOS. Installs have long stretches where you can walk away. We will flag them.
How soon after I pay?
We usually have a slot within 1 to 2 days of payment.
How long does the session take?
Two to five hours. If we start late in the day, or your package is a larger one, or your PC is older or your connection is slow, we finish it across two days rather than rush the last hour.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before the session starts and you pay nothing. At checkout you ask us to start on your chosen date and confirm you understand that finishing the session uses up your 14-day right to withdraw. After that the fee is not returned. You get a follow-up window instead: open a ticket, we reconnect and fix anything our work caused, as often as needed.
What do I need ready?
A Windows 11 PC you administer, a stable connection, and your files backed up somewhere other than the Windows drive. You install and format nothing.
Do I keep the Toolbox afterwards?
Yes. It comes with every package and stays on your PC. No extra cost, and updates keep coming.
